All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and intact. Any returned items that appear to worn, washed, or damaged in anyway will result in ineligibility to receive store credit. It must also be in the original plastic packaging. If you return item not in its original plastic packaging and your item itself is eligible after review your store credit will be deducted $10.
Items that do not meet the terms will not be refunded/ or received store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PrincessLuxe Return Address is located on the top of your packaging shipping label.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable and not applicable for store credit.
