POLICIES:
Please read before placing an order
All purchases from Shopprincessluxe.com are FINAL SALE! ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY! Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be CANCELED, MODIFIED OR ADJUSTED
Processing:
-Please Allow 1-2 Days For Order Processing (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
-Orders that are placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Shipping:
**After your order has been processed**
-USA Shipping is through USPS First & USPS Priority which takes 2-4 business days for delivery
-Canada Shipping is through USPS Priority which takes about 7-10 business days for delivery .
-International Shipping is through e-packet which can take anywhere from 13-25 days to arrive. We also offer Express for international orders for an extra charge $25-$40 depending on the product you order and country.
*Once shipped out we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you'd like to add insurance for full price on your package please send us an email.
*If a package gets returned back to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, customers will be responsible for paying for shipping again. There will be no returns or exchanges given.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return/Exchanges:
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY! Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for return/exchange, We must be notified within 48hours of delivery or returned within 7 business days. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and intact with tags still attached. If a bigger/smaller size is not available or the item is sold out then store credit will be issued. Failure to return an item unworn or failure to return the item within 7 business days will result in a denial for an return/exchange and will be returned back to you. Items must be in the original plastic packaging, failure to return in its original plastic package will result in store credit being deducted $10.
To complete your return, we require proof of return receipt/purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then you will be issued a store credit code. Customer are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
PrincessLuxe Return Address is located on the top of your packaging shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach PrincessLuxe, may vary.
Pre-Order : If you placed an order for pre-orders. Your order can not be modified, changed or canceled. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order, Thank you for your patience!
ORDERS DURING OUR SALES ARE ALL FINAL. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Please check size charts for the best fit. We are not responsible for problems due to sizing (tears/rips on the fabric).
If an item is damaged/ defect upon arrival please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 7 business days (after approval) will result in a denial for an exchange.
- Please do not pull on any item doing so will most likely make the item tear and make it unwearable.
Delays:
Delays can occur occasionally, especially during holidays and high demand seasons. If the item is needed on a specific day, please let us know before placing your order so we can help accommodate you.
PrincessLuxe reserves the right to refuse store credit to any customer for any item/items that do not fit within the terms of our return policy.
Please keep in mind you are warned about this before placing an order. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Princessluxe.boutique@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
